LG Electronics, Inc. in Napa Valley is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator for our SKS Showroom and Experience Center. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming showroom experience while supporting events, reservations, customer records, and sales operations.

This contract position combines guest service, coordination, administration, and showroom presentation. The ideal candidate is a brand ambassador with at least 3 years of luxury brand/showroom experience, proficient in MS Office and CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a luxury brand in the appliance industry and/or luxury showroom experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM nomenclature.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors with a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Schedule tours, product demonstrations, trainings, meetings and events; manage calendars and logistics.
• Maintain attendee lists, registrations and follow-up communications.
• Maintain customer, designer, builder, architect, and distributor records in CRM; generate reports.
• Coordinate event setup, lead merchandising updates, and showroom displays; support post-event follow-up.
