Job summary

LG Electronics USA seeks an experienced office and guest-relations professional to lead showroom marketing outreach and event coordination. You will work with designers, staff, and district managers to create a luxury brand experience across multiple showrooms and events nationwide.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring superior guest services and culinary team support.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or related field required.
• Certification as manager of food handling with health department.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach to support sales and brand immersion events.
• Schedule designers, builders, and retail sales staff for showroom events.
• Coordinate with district sales managers to deliver premium showroom experiences.
• Travel to showrooms (Chicago, Napa) and other events as needed.
• Manage showrooms to maximize utilization and ensure client satisfaction while monitoring budgets.
