Job summary

LG Electronics in the United States seeks a Guest Relations & Hospitality Manager (SKS) to lead showroom experiences and client engagement across luxury brand initiatives.

Your role will coordinate hospitality, marketing support, and showroom events, travel to Chicago and Napa showrooms, and collaborate with district sales managers to deliver a premium guest experience. Experience in food service management and budget handling is valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in office management and guest relations.
• Extensive experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of marketing, brand immersions, and budgeting.
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach to support sales and brand immersions.
• Develop clients, propose action plans, and assist with marketing networking.
• Schedule designers, builders, and retail sales associates.
• Deliver a luxury guest experience with district sales managers.
• Coordinate communications with partner agencies and leadership.
• Ensure the showroom is utilized to capacity.
• Travel to Chicago and Napa showrooms for events.
• Resolve issues related to events and showroom immersions.
• Assist with strategies and execution of brand experiences.
• Negotiate with partner agencies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage resource allocation for client satisfaction and support.
• Recruit for service personnel, housekeeping, and chef's assignments.
• Train and onboard guest services and culinary teams.
