Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury brand, appliance, or upscale showroom
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with CRM terminology
• Experience in guest services, events, and showroom operations

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and ensure a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Schedule tours, product demonstrations, trainings, meetings, and events.
• Maintain attendee lists, registrations, RSVPs, and guest communications.
• Manage CRM records for guests, designers, builders, architects, and distributors; generate reports.
• Coordinate event setup/breakdown and follow-up communications.
• Ensure showroom readiness, merchandising updates, and alignment with sales goals
