Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a luxury brand or luxury showroom/retail environment.
• Strong guest services and hospitality skills with a client-first mindset.
• Experience coordinating events, tours, trainings, and showroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors to ensure a professional showroom experience.
• Coordinate events, tours, and showings with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and registrations; prepare itineraries and materials.
• Maintain CRM records for guests, designers, builders, and distributors; generate reports.
