Job summary

LG Electronics North America seeks a seasoned Guest Relations & Hospitality Manager to elevate showroom experiences and brand immersions across SKS. Lead guest services, culinary and service teams, and coordinate events with district managers.

Requires 10+ years in office management and guest relations, strong budgeting, KPIs, and a culinary-related degree with health certifications. Travel to showrooms and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Culinary or related degree required.
• Certification as manager of food handling with the Department of Health.
• Basset certification.
• 10+ years in office management and guest relations.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Knowledge of marketing, brand immersions, budgets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach to support sales and enable luxury showroom immersions.
• Schedule designers, builders, and retail sales associates.
• Collaborate with district sales managers to deliver a luxury guest experience.
• Travel to showrooms for events and immersion activities.
• Resolve showroom and event-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and team brand experiences.
• Recruit service personnel, housekeeping, and chef assignments.
• Provide orientation to guest services and culinary teams.
