LG Electronics’ The Mart showroom in Chicago seeks a SKS Showroom - Guest Relations Coordinator to craft a welcoming showroom experience and support events, reservations, customer records, and sales operations.

The role blends guest service, coordination, administration, and showroom presentation. Requires 3+ years with a luxury brand and proficiency in MS Office and CRM terminology; must be ready to be the SKS Brand Ambassador onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a luxury brand or luxury showroom/retail.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM terminology.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Schedule tours, product demos, trainings, meetings and events.
• Maintain attendee lists, RSVPs, and registrations with accuracy.
• Enter and manage guest data in CRM; generate engagement reports.
• Coordinate event logistics, prep materials, and follow-up.
• Keep showroom presentation polished and collaborate with sales/marketing.
