Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator for The SKS Showroom at The Mart. The role focuses on guest service, event coordination, and showroom presentation, ensuring a luxury showroom experience and seamless CRM data handling.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in luxury brand environments and be proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, coordinating hospitality and attendee management for various events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a luxury brand in appliance or luxury showroom or luxury retail.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM nomenclature.
• Prepared to be the SKS Brand Ambassador on site at The Mart.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Schedule showroom tours, product demonstrations, training sessions, meetings, and events.
• Maintain attendee lists, RSVPs, and event documentation.
• Manage customer, designer, builder, architect, and distributor records in CRM systems.
