Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator for The SKS Showroom at The Mart in Lincolnshire. This contract position supports guest services, event scheduling, CRM data management, and showroom presentation, delivering exceptional experiences for visitors and clients.

You will coordinate tours, manage attendee lists, assist with trainings and vendor coordination, and help sales teams with follow-ups. Minimum 3 years in luxury brand/showroom settings required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a luxury brand or luxury showroom or luxury retail store experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM terminology
• Must be the SKS Brand Ambassador at The Mart and immediately become an appliance and home living solutions subject matter expert (on SKS) to be an integral part of all training activities onsite
• Experience in luxury appliance or home living showroom preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and deliver a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Schedule tours, product demonstrations, trainings, meetings and events.
• Manage attendee lists, RSVPs, and event registrations.
• Maintain CRM records for guests, designers, builders, architects, and distributors.
• Coordinate event setup, logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
• Keep showroom presentation-ready and merchandising up to date.
• Support sales team with lead follow-up and documentation.
