Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator for our Napa Valley showroom. You will welcome visitors, coordinate tours, demonstrations, trainings, and events, and manage guest records and follow-ups to ensure an exceptional showroom experience.

The role includes CRM data maintenance, attendee management, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and showroom leadership to meet business objectives. Minimum 3 years in luxury brand/showroom settings is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a luxury brand showroom or luxury retail experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM nomenclature.
• Strong guest service mindset with ability to coordinate events and showrooms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Schedule tours, product demonstrations, trainings, and special events; manage calendars and logistics.
• Maintain attendee lists, registrations, and post-event follow-up communications.
• Provide CRM and administrative support, maintain records and generate reports.
• Coordinate showroom readiness, merchandising updates, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and showroom leadership to achieve business objectives.
