Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is seeking a Showroom Concierge to greet customers, coordinate with sales staff, and manage orders with accuracy in a fast-paced showroom setting.

You will handle phone inquiries, maintain professional presentation, and participate in product demonstrations while supporting a cohesive team. A high school diploma and 40-hour workweek are required, with salary potential in a range reflecting benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in luxury retail, customer service, or similar role is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment and match customers to sales staff based on store policy.
• Review open orders and update customer information accurately.
• Perform routine office tasks for professional operation.
• Answer calls and use the telephone system effectively when reception is unavailable.
• Engage with customers professionally and build rapport with guests, vendors, and coworkers.
• Attend ongoing product training.
• Be a team player and support a positive work environment.
• Cover store hours including weekends and some holidays.
