Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center in Southern California is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. You will promptly respond to sales inquiries, build proposals, capture client data, and collaborate with teammates to deliver best-in-class service.

Required: at least two years in a goal-oriented sales environment, one year in customer service, proficiency with MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication, and a 40-hour weekly schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• One year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Work in a showroom environment and wear business professional attire.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Attend training to stay current on products.
• Build proposals and quotes reflecting customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales orders using company tools.
• Foster reliability with customers to encourage return business.
• Achieve monthly development and sales goals.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Participate in store hours including weekends and some holidays.
