Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Southern California showroom team. You will respond to inquiries, build proposals, and cultivate client relationships while achieving monthly sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in goal-oriented sales and strong customer service skills, with proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication. Weekend shifts and occasional events are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Clear verbal and written communication with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend ongoing training courses to stay current on products.
• Build proposals and quotes reflecting customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales order information using company tools.
• Cultivate relationships for return and referral opportunities.
• Achieve monthly development and sales goals.
• Work as a team player to create a positive work environment.
• Cover store hours including weekends and some holidays.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures and after-hours events as needed.
