WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is seeking a Showroom Concierge to welcome customers, coordinate with sales staff, and manage showroom operations. The role supports order accuracy, responds to inquiries, and assists with demonstrations while maintaining a professional showroom environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in luxury retail, customer service, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom and connect them to the sales staff.
• Review open orders in software and update as needed.
• Perform routine office tasks for professional operations.
• Answer calls when Reception is unavailable and manage voicemail.
