Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center in Southern California is seeking a Showroom Concierge to provide a welcoming environment and support showroom operations. You will coordinate with sales staff, manage customer information, and help maintain displays and product demonstrations to deliver a superior customer experience.

This role offers a path to administrative leadership or sales consultation, with weekend shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in luxury retail, customer service, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides a welcoming environment for customers entering the showroom and matches opportunities to sales staff.
• Reviews and updates orders or customer information using store software.
• Handles routine office tasks and maintains a professional workspace.
• Answers phone calls when reception is unavailable and uses phone system features.
• Engages with customers, vendors, and coworkers professionally to enhance the WDC experience.
• Attends ongoing product training and collaborates with the team to maintain showroom standards.
• Participates in regular shifts to cover store hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Maintains refreshment area and assists with product demonstrations when needed.
• Monitors showroom display standards and escalates concerns as needed.
• Leads seasonal store decoration efforts with Area Manager.
