Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant in Southern California. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class customer experiences, building proposals, and driving sales in a fast-paced showroom environment.

You will respond to inquiries, attend product training, and work to exceed monthly targets while collaborating with teammates. Ideal candidates bring two years of sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• One year in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend ongoing product training.
• Build proposals and quotes meeting customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales orders using company tools.
• Cultivate rapport with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly development and sales goals.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Cover store hours including weekends and some holidays.
• Assist with opening/closing and after-hours events as needed.
