The ideal candidate has 2+ years in luxury retail or customer service, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. Shifts include weekends and some holidays, with a focus on professional attire and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with good listening skills.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment for all customers and route opportunities to sales staff as per store policy.
• Review open orders and update customer information as needed using various software.
• Perform routine office tasks to maintain a professional showroom and workplace.
• Answer calls when reception is unavailable, using the phone system features effectively.
• Engage with customers, vendors and coworkers to build rapport and ensure a positive experience.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current on products.
• Work as a team with colleagues to support a positive work environment.
• Cover store hours including weekends and some holidays.
• Manage refreshment area and assist with product demonstrations when needed.
• Maintain showroom display standards and escalate issues related to marketing and pricing.
• Lead seasonal store decoration with Area Manager.
