Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking a Showroom Receptionist to welcome customers, route calls, and keep the showroom running smoothly.

You will greet visitors, answer phones, relay messages, and support the Sales team with a professional, friendly presence. 1–2 years in luxury retail or customer service, MS Office proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills required; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in luxury retail or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly, professionally and courteously receive telephone calls.
• Forward calls, place on hold, and check voicemails using the telephone system.
• Record and relay messages to Showroom team members with confidentiality.
• Greet every person entering the Showroom and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Assist with clerical tasks and data entry as needed.
• Direct applicants for current openings online and escalate verifications to HR.
