Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is seeking a Showroom Concierge in Agoura Hills to warmly welcome customers and connect them with the right sales staff. The role focuses on service excellence, product knowledge, and building rapport with guests, vendors, and team members.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in luxury retail or related roles, strong MS Office skills, and a professional appearance. Shifts cover typical showroom hours, including some weekends, with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in luxury retail, customer service, or similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts.
• Business professional attire required.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming environment for customers and connect opportunities to sales staff per store policy.
• Review and update orders or customer information using the software.
• Perform routine office tasks to support showroom operations.
• Answer calls when reception is unavailable and manage calls/voicemail.
• Engage with customers, vendors and coworkers to build rapport and ensure a positive experience.
• Attend ongoing training on products and processes.
