Coach, a global fashion house, seeks an enthusiastic Sales Support Associate in a luxury retail setting to assist customers at the cash wrap and on the floor. You will help maintain product flow from receipt to sale, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of service.

The role requires prior retail experience, fashion awareness, and excellent communication. You will work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with benefits supporting well‑being and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience (cashier/stock or sales), preferably in luxury retail.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Strong English language proficiency and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and multitask in a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
