Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences and a strong emphasis on customer service. The Sales Support Associate helps ensure store success by delivering personalized assistance, managing the cash wrap, and supporting stockroom operations to keep the floor replenished.

The role requires 1+ year in retail (ideally luxury), solid cash handling and tech use, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment while upholding brand standards and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop/Internet).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
