The Sales Support Associate helps ensure store success through friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. The role supports product flow from receipt to sale, with attention to detail and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred, especially in luxury service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and assist with merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests promptly.
