Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Bethlehem, PA to deliver exceptional service at the cash wrap and keep the sales floor organized. You will help process shipments, assist customers, and support stockroom functions in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Flexibility for nights and weekends is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. This role emphasizes strong English communication and a polished, professional image.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably luxury retail.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
