Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to deliver a brand-focused experience, greet customers, and maintain an organized sales floor and POS area. You will execute retail processes from receiving merchandise to checkout to ensure smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires luxury retail experience, fashion awareness, cash handling skills, and excellent English communication. Schedule flexibility is expected, with potential nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Ability to read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines.
