Coach is a global fashion house known for its luxury retail experience and customer-focused service. The Sales Support Associate role supports store success by delivering warm, efficient customer interactions at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-organized sales floor.

Primary duties include handling POS transactions, stocking, and merchandising while partnering with the team to meet business needs; candidates should be able to lift moderately and work flexible hours including peak busy

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team and management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
