Qualifications

• Proficient with cash registers and basic computer tasks (iPad/laptop).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenishment; execute visual merchandising updates.
