Coach is a global fashion house known for timeless pieces and direct customer engagement. The Sales Support Associate role participates in store success and efficiency, delivering warm service at the cash wrap and keeping the sales floor organized.

You will help move inventory from receipt to sale and assist teammates to meet brand standards. The position requires retail experience, fashion awareness, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers.
• Maintain stock levels and update visual merchandising.
• Support store floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
