Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean
• Manage stock levels and replenish sales floor; update visual merchandising
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention adherence
