• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury, or combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Ability to operate cash register systems and basic computer tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and policy compliance.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer info where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team and management.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines.
