You’ll contribute to visual merchandising and guest experiences, while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiar with cash register systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop), POS, walkie talkies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels; replenish sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests; collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
