Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store’s success, delivering warm, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and maintaining a pristine sales floor.

You will assist with shipments, stock, and merchandising, use POS systems, and provide excellent service to customers while supporting team goals. This position requires flexibility, strong English, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market.
• Ability to operate POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team.
