Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Sales management team with daily tasks, contract processing, and travel coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate documentation, and effective cross-department communication to ensure guest satisfaction and event success. Preference given to hospitality experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with travel coordination and document processing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales management team with daily tasks to meet departmental goals.
• Generate and amend sales contracts and addendums.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense and post-trip reports.
• Communicate Group Event information to relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Provide clerical and administrative support including emails and phones.
