Job summary

Hard Rock Las Vegas is seeking a Group Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and client support to the Hotel Sales Team. You will serve as a liaison between Sales Managers, internal departments and external clients, ensuring sales processes align with brand standards.

Responsibilities include contract preparation and turnover, pre-opening activity planning (meetings, site tours, and client gifts), maintaining the Amadeus Delphi system, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in an administrative/coordinator or support role, preferably in hospitality or sales.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team and assigned sales managers with daily tasks.
• Handle contract preparation, edits, revisions and turnover to meet deadlines.
• Assist during pre-opening period with customer meetings, site visits and sales presentations.
• Organize and manage sales team travel, and client gifting as needed.
• Maintain and update Amadeus Delphi database for accounts/contacts and bookings.
• Prepare expense reports and manage confidential files and communications.
