Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Reservationist in Luxury Services to ensure premier service delivery for VIP guests. You will respond to guest interactions with professionalism, provide escorts and suite experiences, and support colleagues across stations to enhance guest satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, fast problem-solving, and the ability to navigate PMS and POS systems while maintaining brand standards in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury customer service environments.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in service delivery to VIP guests and exceed expectations.
• Respond to guest interactions professionally and timely; enhance experiences in every interaction.
• Interact with high-profile Casino and VIP guests.
• Work assigned stations based on business needs and be capable of acting in any capacity required.
• Navigate property management systems to assist guests and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of VIP and Marketing Operations procedures.
• Handle guest requests promptly and resolve concerns with urgency and diplomacy.
• Attend to service in suites and support guests and team members.
• Know property offerings to create curated experiences and drive hotel revenue.
• Provide escorts, tours, and represent the brand as an ambassador.
• Monitor and report issues impacting departmental objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of room types and amenities.
• Manage guest requests to ensure timely completion.
• Use personal device for job-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested.
