Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Group Reservations Representative to coordinate housing needs between group contacts and the hotel. You will execute contractual obligations with urgency while building lasting relationships to secure satisfaction and future partnerships.

Responsibilities include inputting inventory and rates, reviewing concessions, balancing room types, uploading room lists, processing changes and cancellations, and updating group blocks as directed by Sales and Group

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in Group Reservations, Front Desk, and/or VIP Services in Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Input inventory, rates, and concessions for groups.
• Monitor groups' pace and pick up; balance room types.
• Upload room lists; process changes and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Catering, Accounts Receivable, Housekeeping, and Front Office.
• Address internal and external challenges to mitigate client impact.
• Update group blocks as directed by Sales and Group Reservations Management.
• Execute group reporting (rooming lists, no-shows, pick-up).
