Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years in hospitality, luxury travel, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM and hotel sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the Luxury Sales team.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and production data.
• Prepare sales materials, proposals, contracts, and partner communications.
• Organize calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
• Maintain department files, reports, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities, and guest requests.
• Track account performance, booking trends, and market share data.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Support trade shows, events, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Act as liaison between Luxury Sales and other departments.
