Legacy Ventures is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets, interfacing with guests, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service.

The role covers inputting group contracts, managing reservations, coordinating events, and assisting VIP arrangements. It requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Input group contracts, recaps, room lists, and reservations as received from sales.
• Process Commissions/Rebates/Brand Rewards.
• Manage sales marketing materials for packaging, advertising, and promotion.
• Support sales team when traveling and assist in logistics.
• Assist with VIP reservations and client packages; coordinate with Reservations.
• Ensure group reservations, rates, routing are accurate before arrival; attend resume meetings.
• Coordinate with departments for booked business; plan client events.
