Job summary

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
Comfort with walkie-talkie communications and fast-paced work.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape is a plus.
Experience with clienteling and data capture for repeat business is valued.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to brand standards.
Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals.
Support daily store operations and inventory activities.
Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
Use mobile POS and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Build lasting client relationships and source new customers.
Maintain a high-energy selling floor and collaborate with team.
