Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in-store to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience in a fast-paced environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling.

The role blends luxury service with team collaboration to build brand loyalty and drive revenue. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and knowledge of fashion trends.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer use (iPad/laptop), and data capture for clienteling.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to needs.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap and inventory.
