Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.
