Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Fort Worth to act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience, achieve personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and familiarity with live-stream shopping or social media selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; ability to read price sheets and release sheets.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools, including social selling, to encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs and participate in brand initiatives.
