This role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, building lasting client relationships and participating in brand initiatives. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is required to support the team.

Formación

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS systems and basic tech.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media, live-streaming, or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold service standards.
• Deliver personalized shopping experiences and meet sales goals.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and digital channels to drive sales.
• Maintain floor readiness, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
