Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Texas to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and teamwork to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Prior live-stream or video demo experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail experience or equivalent; strong fashion knowledge.
Experience with POS systems, basic tech (iPad/laptop), and store workflows.
Social media savvy; familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Support inventory moves and store operations to maintain a premium experience.
