Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience, proficiency with POS systems, and strong English communication skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar context.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; manage daily store operations.
