Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals while supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury-retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Requirements include 1+ years in luxury retail, POS operation, and proficiency with iPad and Mobile POS, plus strong English. Live-stream shopping experience and clienteling are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, reading price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills (Preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
