Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the frontline ambassador of the brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations in a luxury retail environment.

This role combines omnichannel selling, clienteling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. You will build lasting client relationships, utilize POS and social selling tools, and participate in training programs that reflect Coach’s

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Process transactions and manage returns/exchanges/online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles and stock movement.
• Foster teamwork and participate in brand initiatives and training.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
