Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meeting personal and store sales goals. This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Requirements include 1+ years in luxury retail sales, POS proficiency, and strong English. Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Assist with daily store operations and visual merchandising.
