Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will meet personal and store sales goals while collaborating with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role blends luxury retail service with omnichannel selling, including social platforms, mobile POS, and clienteling tools, to foster client relationships and repeat business. 1+ years in luxury retail and strong English are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation; read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and stocked; follow policies and procedures.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
