Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include clienteling, product expertise, cross‑selling, and managing transactions with efficiency. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad / laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
