Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend omnichannel selling with teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role emphasizes brand ambassadorship, clienteling, and data-driven selling, with opportunities to participate in training and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to read price/release sheets and use handheld devices.
Strong English proficiency.
Experience with clienteling and data acquisition is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain store operations and visual merchandising standards.
